So great to see the sunshine back in the Cape again! -Lots of creativity coming from my students.
For those of you that are visiting this site for the first time, the following information will be of interest to you.

All beginners welcome.
You will need to bring:
An A4 coloured photostat of a picture that you would like to paint
A canvas to suit your picture - i.e. rectangular or square
Dala acrylic paints in red,blue,yellow,white and black (do not buy craft paints)
3 synthetic flat brushes - large, medium and small
An apron or old shirt to protect your clothes.

Lessons held in Plumstead
Mondays 9.30am - 12.30
Wednesdays are evening classes 6.00pm - 9.00pm
Fridays  9.30am - 12.30

Ending the Winter Blues

This winter has been , to say the least - long, but as the days get lighter and the sun more frequent, we as artists feel the creative juices stirring.
Despite the bad weather, all my students have really produced some stunning pieces and never miss their art class unless absolutely necessary - thank you for all being so enthusiastic!!!

2014 is nearly half way gone and has been a very good year so far for all my students.
The fees for this year were increased to R110 per lesson.

Hello Everyone,
Winter weather is always a great time to get creative and so I would like to invite all those folk that think that art is difficult to come and join our classes and see for yourself that it is easy and fun!
The classes are relaxed and informal, catering for beginners as well as established artists.
Every student works on a subject of their choice which makes the class interesting as it motivates them to try subjects that they might not have otherwise chosen.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING:

Dala acrylic paints (NB NOT CRAFT PAINT) in red, blue, yellow, black and white
3 x synthetic flat paint brushes - small, medium and large
An old shirt or apron to protect clothing.
R90 for each lesson payable in cash at the beginning of each class
